Abstract:
The present issue contains the results of recordings of some elements of atmospheric electricity and daily observations of major meteorological factors noted at the S. Kalinowski Geophysical Observatory of the Polish Academy of Sciences at Świder in 1995. Data for the years 1957-1965 have been published in Prace Obserwatorium Geofizycznego im. S. Kalinowskiego w Świdrze and for 1966-1996 in Publications of the Institute of Geophysics, Polish Academy of Sciences.

Wspomnienie pośmiertne o dr. Andrzeju Łosakiewiczu, uzdolnionym fizyku ze specjalizacją w zakresie fizyki litosfery. Interesował się zagadnieniami teoretycznymi z zakresu magnetohydrodynamiki. Przez wiele lat pracował w Pracowni Elektryczności Atmosfery IGF PAN.
Obituary of dr. Andrzej Łosakiewicz, a very gifted teoretician - a physicist with a speciality in lithosphere physics. His intersts in theoretical magnetohydrodynamics were further developed during his doctor's studies at the Institute of Geophysics. He worked at the Atmospheric Electricity Laboratory.
